  • To generate your Motor Risk Score report
  • To process your payment
  • To send marketing communications (only with your explicit consent)
  • To improve our services and prevent fraud

Legal Basis

We process your personal data based on: (a) Contract performance - to deliver the report you purchased; (b) Legitimate interest - for fraud prevention and service improvement; (c) Consent - for marketing communications.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for a maximum of 2 years after your last interaction with our service, or as required by law for tax and accounting purposes (7 years for financial records).

Third Parties

Pricing

The price for a Motor Risk Score report is displayed before payment and includes all applicable taxes (VAT). Prices may vary based on your location.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through Mollie (iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, and other methods) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely by these certified payment providers.

Delivery

Your Motor Risk Score report is delivered immediately upon successful payment. The report is accessible online and can be downloaded as a PDF.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate delivery, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the report has been generated. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal for this digital content.

Disputes

For any payment disputes or issues, please contact us directly. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
